Hey everyoneee
So I started this new diet about 5 days ago and i've been seeing some great results. Its really hard to stay motivated so i figured if i kept track of my cal intake and exercising activity on here, itll be easier. esp if i have some people join me/keep me motivated! Basically youre allowed to eat 3-5 times a day, but each meal must be less than 200 cals also, you must do some sort of physical activity each day. i get bored easily so i like to change it up a lot-anything like running outside, walking on the treadmill, weight machines in the gym, or a group exercise class.
let me know who wants to join me :)
