View Full Version : successful calorie restricting & exercising diet...who wants to join??

Hey everyoneee
So I started this new diet about 5 days ago and i've been seeing some great results. Its really hard to stay motivated so i figured if i kept track of my cal intake and exercising activity on here, itll be easier. esp if i have some people join me/keep me motivated! Basically youre allowed to eat 3-5 times a day, but each meal must be less than 200 cals also, you must do some sort of physical activity each day. i get bored easily so i like to change it up a lot-anything like running outside, walking on the treadmill, weight machines in the gym, or a group exercise class.

let me know who wants to join me :)

Yesterday's log:

1-fiber one bar
2-half of grilled chicken sandwich
3-special k bar

exercise:
20 min jog
200 jumping jacks



Today's log:
ate so much ughhhh:mad:
wheat wrap w/ grilled chicken and hot sauce
coke zero
fiber one bar
special k bar
45 cal fruit strip
turkey sandwhich =/
2 scoops of ice cream =((((

Exercise:
100 squats
100 jumping jacks
25 pushups
100 crunches
