Ednos?

I try to only eat 300 cals max a day, and burn off 400
I constantly think about what i should eat and make sure i no every cal that goes into my body... but i dont purge often, only every now and then if i have a bad day.
Sometimes i fast.. but only for 2 days at a time.
I have no idea what i am...
Anyone have the same? or no?

i think basically EDNOS is anything that doesn't come under Anorexia or Bulimia. From what I've learned here (because i've never been treated or diagnosed) to be ana you have to have a low BMI and your menstrual cycle has to have stopped.

To come under Mia you have to binge/purge at least twice a week. i might be wrong on some of the details but i reckon someone else will be able to fill you in!

But I guess EDNOS is a medical thing. I would say I'm EDNOS because I don't fit into either of those but if I had to associate myself with one in particular it would be Mia because although I eat only about 300 calories a day I purge most of it. So purging is a big part of my life.

I reckon you're only what you feel. I didn't know what I was when I came here and I'd never really talked to many people with ED before coming here but since i've been here i've learned that no 2 EDs are the same. Everyone on here is different. everyone here has different strengths and weaknesses and habits. Personally I'm rubbish at fasting!

So really I'm just me. I don't really want to put a label on it. lol that was long!!

ella bella, you're so cute: "Rubish at fasting"---I love it. I think I'm EDNOS too. I identify more with ana, but I'm not underweight enough right now to be diagnosed as ana anymore. I have more of a mia mentality but it's really pissing me off right now. Fucking holiday, i just want it to be over and everybody to go back to work so I can work out my day free of food in peace without christmas goodies and discussions of "what's for lunch" all around me ALL the fucking time. Gawd, I need my routine!
