2. Acne.
3. Minor scars or skin aberrations.
4. Too much facial or body hair.
5. Too little hair on head.
6. Size and/or shape of genitalia.
7. Muscles being too small.
8. Overall size, shape and/or symmetry of the face or another body part

I've always wondered if I had BDD.
I pick apart every single little thing of my body to be negative. My face is horrible with spots, my eyes are too small, my eyelids are too fat, my lips and mouth are too small, my forearms are too big, my calves are enormous, my hair never does what I want it to, etc. Don't get me started on the bigger parts of my body.
