As for the eating, try to get busy and find "replacement" in some other activity!! just try! Try to find something fun that will keep you entertained so much that it keeps you away from food....just google some activities you can do, experiment until you find something you like! It's not always easy to do and sometimes we get discouraged (my case), but I'm sure you'll find something!! :)

funny story:
one nite he was lying in bed and i was getting changed into my pyjarmas and as i was getting changed he robbed my jarmas and clothes id just taken off and put them in the covers with him and said i had to get in naked coz so was he. but then i cudnt get into the covers coz he had like tucked them tight all round him. so i was standing naked like let me in! and he was like no just stay there i wana look at u :) and i was like nooo let me in!! and the move id try to get in the covers my boobs wud be 'bouncing' (sorry i cudnt think of a word to describe haha) and he wud be like mmmm! haha i felt so stupid, then when he FINALLY let me in the covers he was fully clothes aswel and i was all naked HAHAHA makes me laugh now when i think of it!
