Hey, I'm 18 and 109lb. I am aiming to be around 98lb.
I've found that having a diet of one apple and 2 ryvita biscuits every day has previously made the weight fly off but conflicts with my new love in life - exercise.
I don't want to give it up. Suffering from depression whilst dieting makes me really anxious and subject to bingeing. Exercise relieves this, but in order to have the energy to do the intense cardio that gives me an exhilirating feeling I have to eat high-carb foods which means.. I don't loose any weight. Even if I exercise untill I faint.
Is there any way to be at this weight without feeling too tired to stand and still being able to exercise?
Right now I only eat raw vegetables and yoghurt.
My doctor warned me that I wouldn't be able to exercise if I lost any more weight, but I really want to be skinny. Its the only thing I've ever wanted.
Is there a happy medium?
