I was thinking that a post on here with my daily intakes might try and help me to stop binging and purging! I wouldnt want to list all the foods i binge on for pure embarassment reasons, so if i think about this post i might make me think twice about binging! Also its going to be my chance to prove that maybe, this time, i wont be a failure and ill actually achieve somthing ive set out to do!!!
My plan:
No more than 600 cals a day (ill lower it once i get control back),
Exercise everyday and gym 4-5 times a week,
No junk food especially ceral (thats my biggest binge food)
Lots of water
Finally......post here EVERYDAY!
Comments would be much appriciated to make me stay on track! :)
My Starting Stats:
Height:5,6
Start weight: 141lbs
GW1=133
GW2=125
GW3=118
GW4=111
UGW=105
