I wish I could shed some light on this but I don't know how to. But it's not nearly as complex as you're suggesting. The reasons are extremely basic, profane, and primal, and have nothing to do really with how you look. If he was truly disgusted with your body, he would probably not want to do any kind of sex with you at all, anal or otherwise.

I think guys enjoy it more than girls but everyone is different and some girls are really turned on by it. All I can say is that when I first tried it was very painful and I cried a lot afterwards but it felt pleasurable in a very different way kinky way. Guys enjoy it because your anal opening is much tighter than your vaginal opening so it is a tight squeeze on his cock which of course feels really good for him.
