Where are the moderators on here? Many of the posting rules are being broken pretty spectacularly and very regularly. I was just wondering if this was okay by the folks who are supposed to be keeping everyone's posts within the rules.

What rules specifically? How regularly and who are the prime offenders? I haven't really noticed, myself.
I know one moderator is Chewthin.

I see posts in wrong sections, one off users saying cruel things, spamming .etc but because we are not always online you'll need to report them. also you may have noticed there is a large amount of swearing but this is because there is no filter and swearing is not against the rules, I dont like it myself but sometimes we have to put up with things so please don't report swearing.
So if you see anything just click the report button like Ritesh said and report it and he will make the necessary decisions to deal with the situation, if the situation is larger than just one post then you should contact a moderator and me, "Blah" or "funtimesinto" will deal with the situation in hand.

I suppose the main rules I'm thinking of are:
1. *No tips.* This is a place for people with Eating Disorders to come and cope, not encourage each other to become sicker. No Tips Allowed!
7. NO posting of your stats, goal weights, high weights, low weights of any kind, ESPECIALLY not in your signature.
I'm not sure I want to report anyone, I'm new on here, but I just thought that it would be impossible to miss the frequent and blatant disregard for the rules.

Everyone breaks rule number 7.
I've noticed too..
But they can't very easily make everyone stop.
Just don't break the rules, and if some one else is,
that's their business, and if it bothers you, you can report it.
But it'd be difficult to make everyone stop. when so many
are doing it.

i don't think they realise how it can effect some ppl, i've been on a few self help sites an they have that as a strict rule that must be obeyed.. or serious punishment, like being suspended from the site,, that is quite serious if ur trying to get better.. i personaly don't mind it.

Many people have used this forum before these rules were created, and to be honest, it's a little difficult to have a forum dedicated to eating disorders and to make people NOT post their weights.
But you can report someone for giving tips, spam, being stupid ect so try that if you're worried. We're pretty friendly here so it's not really seen as breaking the rules, just bending them :)
