So, I eat about one fruit, one glass of juice and 2 glasses of water per day. The problem is I think my body is in starvation, and I'm barely loosing weight anymore. I was just wondering if anyone could tell me what I should do? I know that I should vary my intake but as soon as I eat something I just start gaining! Please help. xx

you just need to shake up your metabolism a little bit, sweetie. Your body has gotten used to the exact caloric intake you're putting into it every day and it's even used to the time of day that it experiances nutritional surges so it's adapted to your eating schedule. Try all raw veg one day and then fruits the next and vary the caloric amt, even if you're under 200 cals a day, just switch around when you eat and drink, etc. You'll beat the platau, don't worry. Remember, fruit juice and fruit have plenty of natural sugar in them which is just plain old carbohydrates when you think about it. So, switch some days up with veggies that have less natural sugar in them.

i'm actually experiencing a plateau myself...i know that when i have several days in a row where i pig out, and then go back to restriction i lose weight pretty easily...but it doesn't seem to be working anymore. I'm not gaining but not losing either. Am currently between 94-96 lbs. (and have been at this weight for months) but would like to hit 90 or so...
any suggestions would be greatly appreciated

pure fast?
if your stuck and can see no way out u can always try a water fast for a week, you will definitely losing weight again guaranteed.

Omg, I've been to india for two weeks and I've totally pigged out. My mother is fucking insane (I'm not kidding) And if I don't eat she totally goes amok. Going on a one week of water, ritalin and cigarettes. God I hope this works.
And my friend is now at my goal weight, which I hate to say is making me so envoius it's crazy. She doesn't even want to be skinny but she just doesn't have an apetite.
I hate this. I have to lose weight. Now.
