i was just wondering who it was that at just oatmeal n lost quite a bit if weight? i rememver reading the threat a while back and was just wondering what they did n how much they lost? :)

Hey hun, I'm sorry I don't know who it was, but I can shed some light on the subject.

Oatmeal is very filling, and you can add some Splenda to it. Make it with water. It's good for your heart and digestion.

I would recommend eating it midmorning. I did something like this unintentionally a while back. I would have black coffee for breakfast, then about 10 am I would have plain oatmeal with Splenda, cinnamon, and raisins. The fiber was so good for my digestion and it filled me up right through lunch. Then a light dinner like a salad and veggies, with vinegar as a dressing, or the 1 cal per spray stuff.

It was me!

I ate oatmeal ..about 2-3 bowls a day sweetened with raisins or bits of apples. and was NEVER hungry so i didnt have that starving feeling and lost weight really fast! i lost about 5 pounds in a week..maybe more.

i kinda fell of the bandwagon since i went away for the weekend on a retreat..but now im back at it and i love it.

i can NEVER get tired of it. i dont even have to put sugar..raisins will do or just a lil honey!!!
