Hi. I'm tasha. Has anybody any advice on what exercise i can do when i'm really low on energy? I'm desperately trying to loose weight so really cutting out alot of food and as a result i feel weak at times. I want to do exercises but i really don't have the energy. Can anyone help? xxx

I walk my dog in the mornings but my job is also very physical (I'm a dance teacher and choreographing ALOT atm). Walking is good for fat burning (particularly up hills and extra good when restricting and fasting). I feel weak too cause I'm really restricting but cause it's my job I have to do it!

I used to walk all the time but i never have a spare moment and the weather is so bad. I guess i'll just have to try and do what i can at home. I keep getting told that swimming is really good but i don't feel right i front of so many people. Especially over christmas i think i just need to do what i can, whenever i can.xxxx

Try putting on some music that gets you hyped and dance around and be heaps silly! Will be fun and will burn cals at the same time!:)

When I am REALLY low energy I do arm curls with weights. You can do this sitting down, laying down, watching TV, whatever, and you don't get head rushes like during sit ups or lunges. It doesn't burn a ton of calories but its some at least. Walking is also good, if you don't get too dizy.
