So my problem is is that I eat at the time society tells you to eat you know, 12pm, 6pm, 9am and even if I am not hungry I feel its time to eat. How do I stop this, its like it is programmed into me.

Become a goth and tell society to take their appropriate meal times and stuff it.

Or become a busy professional and eat whenever you can squeeze in 2 minutes, like "2:37 pm - 2:39 pm: lunch with client."

Or eat at different times everyday until your food clock quits and goes home.

Or do what I do, coffee. Whenever I see the clock hit noon, it's coffee time. So my stomach at least gets something when it's expecting food and it's not so bad.
