hey everyone,
i have been suffering with anxiety/depression and ocd for 7 years
i dont go out on my own apart from shop over the road.i cant go town or anywhere crowded.today my husband rang me from work saying he can get me an admin job but not in same place where he works.i tried explaining to him that i am too scared,dont want to run b4 i can walk (which i have done b4 and ended up worse) and that i dont want to leave my little girl yet but he said it will boost my confidence.he just doesnt understand!i cant wait till i can work but at mo i cant go anywhere on my own.urgh!
