So my dad just told me were going to get kfc for dinner and asked me what i want.. i dont want ti but i have to have it cause everyone else is and it will be weird if i say i dont want it..


What is the lowest cal thing on there menu omg help help help help

yep i had a crispy chicken ceaser salad and it was 262cals and i had a hot wing wich=140cals soall up 402 wich brings me to 1100cals for the day but i have purged 4 times so ive prob took in like 700.xx

Yeah I just read your other post, please try to cut back on the purging!! 4 times a day is not good, I've been there, its tiring and damaging! (more damaging than once a day lol)xx

thanks for your concern,i will try and cut back i will try and only purge if i eat over 700cals or so.but it just seems like all my willpower is gone and i cant say no to food anymore like its all i ever think about. i resist for a while but i eventually end up giving in and then i feel like such a failure so then i have to purge even though nost the time i cant be bothered doing it. and yeah it is soooooooo tiring one of my purges went for like 45mins cause i couldnt get it all out and once i start purging i just cant bring myself to stop sometimes i feel like im going to faint in my sick bags lol!!xx

KFC has a meal that's 300 cals and costs $3.99. It's 2 pieces of grilled chicken, green beans, potatoes and gravy.

I substitute the potatoes for green beans cause I don't eat potatoes.

i used to binge on the popcorn chicken. but that got too expensive.

but in treatment there was this ana girl who did not eat a variety of foods. kfc was actually one of her safer foods for some reason. And she'd get fried chicken 2 drumsticks. and then have carrots and a fruit. (she also hated veggies...probably cause she ate a lot of them in her disorder) but i thought it was interesting. and she was still losing weight. go figure!
