The amount you would lose depends on so many factors- the amount you eat now, your current level of exercise, your current weight, the fruits and veg you plan to eat... the list goes on.
Obviously your cal intake would be lower than it is now so you will lose weight, but as with any restriction diet the greatest loss will be in the first 5 days or so. Afetr that your body kind of adjusts to the low calories and weight loss becomes more difficult.
For example, when I did abc I lost 9.5 lbs in the first week and half before reaching a plateau.
So if you do it, keep your exercise the same as it is now for the first week then when you hit a plateau up your exercise in the second week to speed up the weight loss.
Also you don't want your body to be exhausted after the first week if you do loads of exercise and eat very little.
Keep us posted if you decide to take this up :)

I'm tempted to join you on that diet! My favourite meal everrr is a bowl of veggies with gravy haha. I sometimes eat 2 or 3 bowls a day and that only comes to like 220 cals...
I think you'd lose a lot, because obviously fruit and veg is veryyy low in cals, and have almost no fat in them. You could eat enough to keep you full and still have eaten not that many calories and hardly any fat.
Only thing is it must be impossible to get enough nutrients - especially carbs (BAD i know but atleast some is necessary for your health) and protein, etc... hmmm

apparently my uncle, when he was losing weight, would have the equivalent of one gallon of salad a day when he was on a diet. (made me laugh when I saw the huge bowl) That was his lunch every day, to keep him full until supper. He had great results, so I guess it worked!
maybe add some ingredients like legumes, hemp-hearts or a few nuts (they come from plants!!!) for sustenance (eg a handful a day) that would add about 100-200 calories a day but would allow you to do a little more exercise to keep your metabolism up. (protein = better recovery from workouts)
anyway, listen to what your body tells you, and good luck!!!
