No more dry food!!!!

Can't believe it, after 3days max. 100 cal fasting, and after min. - 700 cal Gym training per days,
i ate one piece of water cooked white chicken meat with tomatos...
(okey it was only max. 150cal.)
but whyyyyy? Actually I'm feeling i will die...my stomach.

I learned the lesson: no more dry food:(

girls, if u dont wanna running around and around u're room, dont think about eating any white meat!!

what do you mean dry food, sweetie? Like heavy proteins?

yes, kind of that.
u know hon,for example: fruits, a deit yogurt, soups, vegetables dishes are juicy, stringy stuffs...
and potato, rice, nuts are hard dry, and lumpy.
I mean i used to eat only juicy stuffs...and if i eat some of those dry foods, they kills my tummy:(, 'cause they r too heavy.
Didn't it happend with u before?
