ok so i was always looking for recipies that were like 100 calories that would fill me up!! not have any fat content, but have protein (muscle burns calories more so i dont wana lose it, plus u look skinner with muscle tone) and be a bit sweet.

heres one thats amazing, who else knew that prawns had like no fat and were sooo low calorie?????

80 gm Petite pois peas - 40 calories
85 gm Prawns peeled and cooked - 50 calories

some salt
Some pepper (i allow an extra 10 calories under just incase there happens to be one high calorie prawn lol)

measure the peas and prawns, add some water, and microwave together!! then ad salt and pepper

so easy and tasty, make sure u drink the flavoured water its in aswell, its sooo good wen ure hungry like me all the time but bloats u out, u fell like uve had a hugge meal, i have it for lunch and dinner!!!!! try it, tell me what u think, or maybe im just totally off my head mad!xx

ahh what does that mean?? please tell, i dont like the sound of that, i was a vegan for a long time but then i recently turned to prawns (they are suposed to be the most renewable source of fish in the sea!!! only for the benefits of high protein low cal food. il keep a look out for a replacement with u!!!xx

Kosher just means that the preperation (including some foods) don't conform to certain relgious standards. Since I'm guessing you're not Jewish, Model--you can eat them just fine. I tend to eat the 90 cal packs of wild salmon that I buy from Whole Foods--but Tuna is good lean protein too. Egg whites are really great too--so few calories!

agreed, im vegetarian but have found myself eating tuna with (lots of) peas and 2 15 cal rice cakes as my tuesday meal! not the best veggie thing to do but its so low in fat and fills u right up! :)

agreed--I consider myself a vegan. But sometimes even little ana's need some protein to keep going:)
