Hey guys, I'm on day 3 (started 8 PM on Sunday) of my fast, I'm only drinking mostly water, although since I started I also had 2 20 oz. green teas and 4 cups of coffee (I'll probably be getting more coffee tonight, I have a shit ton of homework to do...)
I'm really trying my best not to eat, but I feel so hungry... I know it's only day 3 but it hurts, I feel empty. And I have a massive headache.
If anyone wants to talk, help me through this or get through this night together if anyone else is fasting, let me know!

If not on AIM, please leave me some encouraging posts here, I need all the help I can get... I won't be able to sleep until probably 9 or 10 tonight, and it's only 12:30 AM, but I have homework that will take me into the morning, then class and other shit straight through until 8 or 9 tonight... I'm already exhausted.

If im very hungry, im always drinking a small bottle of diet coke, with cigarettes.
(but if ure not smoking, pls don't start it:))
So dont give up!!
I having my 2 day of diet/fasting, i drinking a lot of water, and diet coke with some fruits in the afternoon.
Bring it on, im with u!

I'm on day two of a quit smoking/juice fast...It's going pretty well. Whenever I have downtime and I'm hungry, I just get online and visit ana forums and look up thinspiration. And if I'm not near a computer, I just tell myself I'll die alone if I don't lose the weight. O.o

hi I'm on day f**ck knows of my fruit and veggie diet, so far so good - iv dropped past my first goal a day early and have woken up to bones every morning this week. I'm in a complete ana state right now, nothing else is coming near it - i cant be tempted or swayed by anything, feeling very strong minded and totally in control. only prob is i cant sleep, I'm sooooooo tired but cant seem to switch off, im working really long hours and need as much sleep as poss but its just not happening plus im worried that it will affect my weight loss. :(

Hi everyone I'm new to this forum...and thought I'd reply to this post because I'm fasting at the moment too, it's been 4 1/2 days, I've never not eaten anything this long before, I was only expecting to feel hungry all the time, but I feel so sick, and when I wake up I have a hard time breathing, and right now I feel like I'm about to throw up, I've finally got to my goal weight, actually past it so I don't want to stop, I'm just wondering if anyone has ever felt this way, and is it normal?
Oh and everyone else keep up the good work on your fasts!

Sarah Charlotte---Awesome on the fruit and veg diet!! I'm thinking about doing the sacred heart diet after this...5lbs in 7days? Yes please, lol
Samantha---No, that isn't really normal. Well, actually it depends. Are you getting dizzy a lot? Taking enough vitamins, and drinking enough water? Your body has to have water and vitamins doll, be careful...If you need anything pm me and BE SAFE!! <3<3<3

omg i am still feeling amazingly strong, never felt this strong in ana, im completly focused. im losing at least 1lb every night and im really not finding it hard at all! the tiredness is gone too - slept for 13 hours last night! hehe love the weekends! :)

Hey sweets, I'm glad you're feeling so good. Me too! My King Hoodia 1000mg from Desert Burn came yesterday and I felt so great all day. I keep waking up to more prominant hip bones that I can hang onto like handles lol. I had a hard time actually getting to 100cals--only veggies. Ana boot camp seems to work well for me since it forces me to vary my cal intake. Stay strong darlings!

It's a lot like the cabbage soup diet. I hear it works for some people but it's not for my metabolism--I would never lose weight on this many calories.

hi girls, had an amazing weekend - only ate 4 satsumas and three bananas (and five vodka diet cokes!) my waist is sooo tiny im so happy. woke up to 106 on the scale this morn - yay but its not enough yet, need to drop another 10-13lb by Christmas. cant believe i lost 9lb this week! hope your all doing well x x x :)

I know, Candykiller, don't you love Sarah! She's so tough and so motivational! I lost 9lbs since last monday but I'm soooooooooooooooo unsatisfied still. I want to loose another 20 by christmas. We're going to do it! Just one orange today and then water fast from the 12th to the 19th.

When i woke up this morning it really does feel like im floating, its so strange but its as though my ribs are an empty cage, there is nothing in there! i could float away in the next strong breeze. its been so long since iv had this feeling, i used to live with this feeling and i forgot how amazing it is! :)

Hey! I'm new here. I'm from sweden so I'll just do this in kilos, if that's OK. I don't know your system :/
Anyways, I'm currently 53.3 kg's, which is waaay to much. I gained like 7 kg's trying to quit smoking, and I have been on Ritalin (which is an amfetamin preparation, that helps with the hunger) for quite some time now, and I'm barely eating anything (Maybe a cup of tea and half a carrot per day). But I'm not losing as much anymore. The scale is barely dropping and I don't know what i should do.
What should I do to lose more weight? Please help!

Congrats Sarah! 9 in one week is amazing. u give me hope, i fight to lose only 4 per week.
