Right, so I went out and bought Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred.
That lady is a fucking bitch.
I couldn't even get through 15 minutes!!!!
Has anyone else tried it?

I've heard wonderful shiny things about it, but I can't find it anywhere online. I'm too poor to actually go out and buy it haha.

I got this for Christmas and it kicks my ass! I can barely get through level 1 and I always have to take 2 day breaks between doing it cause my arms get so sore. Hahaha.

@skylines If you google "watch 30 day shred online" you will most likely find it. I had it on my computer before I actually went out and bought it. It doesn't look nearly as hard as it is!!!! I'll try to find the link I used to have and I'll PM you with it.

I found a torrent for it a few months back! Still got it.. if ya need it send me a pm ;)
I found it was okay but wayyyy too repetitive for me. Got boring fast.

Own it, tried it, it did nothing. I was a gymnast for 12 years so I'm already in good shape and even level 3 was quite easy I found. The exersizes I did for gymnastics conditioning were more varied and actually do something (quit 3 years ago and am still able to breeze through most beginner workout dvd's). My mum found its really good for her though. I guess it varies per person.

Hate to say it, but I have to agree with fighting temptation.
I've only done it for two days so far, so I can't say MUCH about it, but I don't feel like it's doing anything for me. I might do it every now and then if I feel I MUST work out, but overall eh..I don't feel anything. Like, no sore muscles (a sure sign something's working for me) and I don't like not knowing how many cals I'm burning.
So I think I'll quit this program and start one of my own, but I will do recommend this for anyone who just wants a workout without going to the gym :)

hi, i just downloaded the 30 day shred, and i really love it.
I just did level 1, and it was kinda tough, but i really like how jillian basically yells at you to not stop. it kept me motivated.
