I never had any friends that I can remember until my late 20's, and they eventually either moved or got married and I never see them anymore.

Lonliness is one of the worst things in the world, but it's not always the end of the world. I can be one of your online friends if you want. I would be happy to be a real life friend too if we lived closer.

Just keep being as nice as you can to everyone you meet. Just in case you meet someone who might like to be the friend of someone like that.
