Hey guys, I'm looking to start fasting and i have a question. How much weight do you think i would loose if i only drank water for a month?

I'm with Belle---you will probably pass out long before the month is up. Try a juice fast or raw veggies for the month--you can drop loads of weight that way but water for that long a period is really difficult. I usually do a few days of water, a few days of juice or broth, a few days of raw veggies and back to water.

iv done three weeks on just water before and I'm telling u the results were amazing but it nearly killed me - be careful, i agree with the girls - try a juice fast or veggies, much safer and u will be able to go for longer.

ABSOLUTELY BECAREFUL!!!
cause water good, for cleaning outta our body.
and its okay, doing it for 1 week, or some days.
BUT if u doing it a long time, and u will stop it, and after u will eat a little soup, u will get weight easily...after u will do it again-agin...and that will be a devious-circle.
second:
u should think to ure future...people cant live with only water, or u wanna be bone thin, in all of ure life? no kids, work, everything...just that tiredness, and depression?
