View Full Version : Peanut Butter Banana Breakfast smoothie

- 1/2 cup of soy milk ; 50 cals
(you can use regular milk aswell)

- 1 tbsp of peanut butter ; 80 cals
I used kraft smooth reduced fat

- 2 ice cubes

- 1 medium banana; 105 cals

Blend in blender until mixed.

Total : 235 cals
8g of fat.

I have this in the morning or for lunch as a meal replacement.
It's also good to have before a workout
You can tweak the recipie depending on what kind of peanut butter and milk you use.

Anyway, just thought I'd share.

MMM that actually sounds delicious!
i just went to the kitchen to make sure i have a banana so i can have this for breakfast tomorrow lol :) you could even do it with the walden farms peanut butter to make even lower in calories! then it would be like 160 instead of 235, buut i haven't tried their peanut butter so i don't know how good it tastes. real peanut butter is probably better lol xx

I can't get that stuff on the westcoast I don't think,
I think its only back east you can buy it.

Yeah, I actually got this off the back of the kraft peanut butter jar,
heh.
