but it's depends on person.
somebody get an addiction, somebody not.
somebody not enjoy it, just use it, 'cause diet...somebody enjoy it.
But from these stuffs, u wont get a mind-centered addiction...

Since I'm not into illegal substances on top of an already very difficult life with ana I use hoodia and proscription prozac. Prozac is a totally effective appatite suppressent as is hoodia. The hoodia power pops are good too--25 cals each and they are good for days that you have to boost your intake to keep loosing weight.

...im using algae, every morning and evening...from that u wont get hungry, wont eat any sweets in your life, if ure using it every day.
(just standing in a chocalet shop, and almost puking from the view)

are u serious about the algae??? thats amazing, please post the name etc, sounds really good, i need to feel like that, im havign one of those funny days today, the kinds day u wake up, u no uve lost some weight, and just have that nag all day that u want loads of bread and butter and jam and cake!!! fuk i cant im suppose to be modelling again in like a month, and i need to lose a friggin stone!!! can i do it????

I generally use redline energy drinks, adderal (a prescription for adhd, give you lots of energy, no appetite-you don't even think about food-, and you focus well), and xanax (but only rarely)

im on the same boat...i have one month and i have to work as a model again.
So this algae stuff is absolutely natural...
and if u begin to use it, like for a week or few days u wont eat, only some fruits. After it u will puking from sweets i swear, i didnt eat chocolate since i use it .
And u got a lot of energy from it. So u dont have to eat:D
