I have no idea who would,
someone whos a grinch obviously,
it had no canadian post marks on it tho so it never left the usa,
mail theifs piss me off, i wish there was a way to find this person and charge them. yet in the end theres nothing much you can really do.

someone probally took it home, opened it and sent it back weeks later
to make it seem like it was mailed out.
