I've had no problem eating amost nothing for weeks but I'm not seeing the scale drop. WHAT DO I DO? Should I be eating MORE cal's to boost my metabolism? I just don't know what to do--I feel like I'm stuck. I have no trouble eating between 0--200 for the day, some weeks I don't eat more than 200 for the whole week. I'm weight training twice a week and I do cardio every morning. What the FUCK? Somebody please tell me what to do otherwise I'm on the verge of going on a huge fucking binge---I'm so upset. Already purged once today.

i used to have that exact problem, its because your not eating enough and over exercising - your body is in crisis and is deliberately holding onto as many fat cells as poss. u need to cut back on the exercise and eat more - i know it sounds crazy for an ana to actually persuade u to eat but it will work! try sticking to 500-150 a day and alternate - never eat the same amount of cals each day as u will get stuck again. also try switching to cardio (running, skipping ect) instead of weight training - u have kids, they are all the weight training u need.
Hope it helps. :)

Twice today I tried to eat a little more and then I ended up purging twice. I feel like such shit. I know my body is holding onto fat but the idea of eating makes me so upset. What should I eat that won't make me want to purge or worse?

i know how u feel, i have weeks like that when id rather die than have sugar in my tea!. Try eating something small that's high in calories (like a cereal bar or maltesers ect) that way u wont have to eat a lot, u get the extra calories to help u lose weight and its harder to purge if u just have small portions.

Clif bars are good, and the calories are healthier, very low in fat...or try a drink like slim-fast or ensure. Although in my experience, that wouldn't help with the whole trying to keep food down thing. Also, try starting small...go from non-fat to low-fat on a few things, etc.

how will low fat help me lose more weight? I can't even make mayself eat one of those whole fat free yogurts--it's too much and too nasty.

Just because it's low in fat doesn't mean it won't boost your metabolism, have you ever heard of the 200-400-600-800 calorie thing?? Basically, you have to vary your intake every single day to keep your metabolism up....you know, 200 one day, 400 another, 300 the next, etc.

I reccomended those things because they're not especially dense but have a lot of nutrients in them.

Thanks--yeah I've heard of the 2468 thing but eating 800 cals is just too much for me to deal with. I am working at alternating my intake better and my metabolism seems to be moving again--I think over excersising was makiing it worse too. Thanks for the advice:)

Umm.. This usually works for me.. Keep not eating or eating at your low rate.. You're just at a plateau and if you stick to what you're doing the weight WILL start coming back off again. Change the calories you do intake to clean organic fruits and vegetables uncooked too. It will clean you out and pass right through you. Hope this helps, I know its nerve wracking, but I swear, 2-3 days later you'll be dropping it off again like at the beginning of a fast.
