student preferably, so similar daily routine (ie non) haha

erm... alot of weight to lose?? im talking over 50lbs...

someone who hasnt rele managed to stick to anything for very long before...

someone who hasnt excersised in yearS??


or do you know what? anyone who can just help lol.

But what are your plans to meet your goals? Does that matter in a buddy?
I have a TOTAL of 60lbs to lose and am just now getting into exercise...(so yeah...suck at it...) And have sucked at sticking to things in the past...
But I am wanting to go extreme....
Like lemonade diet...or 100 calories (which I've done the last 12 days with one binge...oooops)... Don't know if we are the compatible type.... (If not, anyone else reading can jump in) ; )
I'm so in for giving my support though!!!!

Hey :) well iv'e got 80 lbs to loose overall so your not that bad, and no you can support each other even if your using different methods. :)

well, im only lightly excersising at first, because at first i will loose weight quite quickly and then it will start to slow down, so when it does i will re shock my body by excersising more and more.

same with intake, at first im changing between 1000 and 1200 kcals, but as i get smaller i will reduce my intake

so hopefully overall i should be steadaly losing weight.

Wow, you pretty much described me. I actually want to lose more than 50 pounds, but losing 50 pounds would get me in the "healthy" range.

So, I'll be your diet buddy if you'd like :)

I don't really have the money to pay to go to a gym, so I just dance in my room for like 2 hours non-stop.
I don't even notice it's that long XD

Anyways, I've got about 60 pounds to lose (ew.ew.ew.)

awesome i hope i can join in somewhere i'd love to help! ^^ my goal is 60 pounds, so i've got a bit to go and having company would be great :D i've been going at things really fast lately and it just results in binging...which helps nothing...<.<...so i'm slowing things down and your plans sound pretty good ^^

I've got a disgusting amount of weight to lose....way more than you lot. I'd love to help any way I can. I was thinking of re-starting ABC, but I dunno. I haven't exercised in years so I haven't even worked up a plan for that yet.

Me and another person are starting the ABC tomorrow... (No excercise involved if you don't want) even though it's better too...
I have a thread in anorexia called "abc wanna join?" If you're interested...
Could always use another support buddy ; )
If not, good luck...I'm sure when you're ready...there will be someone ready to join you...

iv been away from my scale n pc since dec 21st and havnt restricted since then too! im so afraid how much weight iv put on over the festive season. i am a uk/ south african size 16. i havnt exercised al of last wk, bt im gona pick it up again 2day. i usualy do the womans health summer total body workout - cardio and core, then strength and yoga on altenate days - then i walk 40 mins in the afternoons. il stil hav 2 decide wat kinda eating plan i embark on...

lunch - protein (eggs, meat, chicken, fish, cheese etc)
suppa - cuppa soup lite (About 31 cals per cup)
then water, green tea, coke zero 2 drink.
