there is so much to do out there when working out, i just like to see what is everyones favorite...
i enjoy ballet a couple hours a day, and running, swimming, long boarding, and aggressive sports so i can get all my anger out.
i usually workout up to 5 hours every other day and then 2 hours a day on the non 5 hour days and MUSIC IS KEY TO A GOOD WORKOUT. i always have like a ana section on my ipod, with thinspo songs and then another section that is there to pump you up.... its a good little tips that always helps me out.

Winsor Pilates 30 minute work out followed by 15 minutes on the stepper, twice a day when I am in the frame of mind. I go through phases with exercises. I restrict more than anything and fast. I find it difficult to exercise when fasting.

Me too! Lately when I'm choreographing my dance pieces I find I have to breathe deeply every 30 seconds and if I've done a section with lots of jumps and leaps I have to lie on the floor for a bit. Luckily when I'm choreographing there are no students around! Would never let them see that!:o

My gym membership got cancelled so I'm stuck with doing exercise videos in my room. Lately I've been doing these belly dancing videos because they concentrate on legs, hips and waist. If you exagerate arm movements those firm up your arms a bit too. This guy I liked made a little comment about finding belly dancers "unbelievably sexy" so I've used that as motivation.
I really have to be in the mood to workout or less I'm very sluggish and not into it at all.

actually you know what i didn't mention last time i was on here...
I really thought about this and what I do and decided that I didn't do enough exercise but I realised that actually I do loads because I go on wii sports and games on the wii and then u don't even know you're exercising. you're just tryna shut your boyfriend up about how he can beat you on boxing when u no he can't because ur way too fast for him and he doesn't get that how hard you punch doesn't count on wii because you're punching thin air. lololol. Try it. it's fun. :)

I hate working out. i would rather just not eat which seems to be working fast enough. I work out in spurts where I do cardio for a couple days for about an hour but I get so bored, I can't make myself get back on the machine again for a couple weeks. Oh well, I seem to be loosing weight anyway.

I really don't have enough room in my room to workout... [it's such a pig sty!!] but when it used to be clean, I did 250 crunches, 100 leg lifts of each leg, 50 push ups, and 100 thirty-second wall-sits.
but I would get bored halfway through it and start dancing. lol
since then, I've invested into stealing a little kids jump rope from the side of the road and I've been using that whenever I'm home alone.
Running. Grab my MP3 player and just run around the trails
Well recently (recently being like 10 minutes ago :P) i just started doing some arabic belly dancing and it's by far my favorite, after like 5 minutes i can already feel my heartbeat rise and my fat burning. It feels really great. :D

I love doing crunches and running. Leg lifts are also great before bed.

call me boring, but i never get sick of running. there's something about the combination of the right music and the feeling that if you keep going, no one can catch you, no one can stop you, and no one can keep you from reaching your goals. i absolutely love it. i run as often as possible.. usually five days a week for about an hour. running outside is preferable, but when i can't, wii fit's island lap is a suitable substitute.
plus the endorphins are amazing. top it off with a freezing cold shower, and i feel awesome post run.

my girlfriend is a really hardcore cyclist (she breaks the speed limit regularly!!! it's insane!) so since I've got my bike I've been fixing it up and ripping around the city on high gear... I live in BC so everything is all big hills and you can't go slow in traffic, either, so I don't even think about stopping or anything, plus theres this challenge getting faster than my girlfriend even though she has a road bike and mine is a mountain bike (in a race, there's no contest, mountain bikes are heavy and slow) so I have to work extra hard.
I used to really like running-- well, I still do-- but I can't really do it because my knee is all fucked up. when I get my leg brace, though, I'm gonna be running all the time... I love doing it in the middle of the night, too.
other than that the usual crunches and push ups and stuff-- and yeah wii sports. even guitar hero burns calories.
