hydrocolonic therapy .. anyone try it??

Hi everyone, I've started to do colonics to help with my dieting .. I've just had 2 and my 3rd is scheduled on Tuesday. After colonics, I feel lighter and I'm not tempted to binge. Anyone have colonic stories .. how they make you feel after, what do you eat before and after the colonic. My colonic is about 80 bucks each time so I'm wondering if it's worth it??
