I'm going on the 2468 diet today and it's going to go like this:

Mon: 200
Tue: 400
Wed: 600
Thu: 200
Fri: 400
Sat: 600
Sun: 800

Reason for the above is because I must have 600 and 800 over the weekends when my family goes out to eat. They know I'm health-conscious though, so they would let me leave my food behind and not comment when I don't clear the food off my plate.

I really want to lose weight again! (I've been through one yo-yo cycle already but I'm confident it won't happen again because I've recently started weighing myself daily and that has helped a tremendous deal.)

Who's with me??? :)

hey! i've always wanted to try 2468, and i only planned on eating 400 cals today anyway, so i can start with you! i might be going away this weekend so your higher cal weekend plan works perfectly for me :)

so far today: special k bar- 90 cal
chicken wrap- 295 cal
total- 385

done eating for the day, maybe some celery if i get hungry for dinner :)

i would like to start this diet to :) but i have to go my mothers tomorrow for dinner so i cant really start till sunday if thats okay
