Silly, that this is my reliable fallback for dieting, but it always seems to work really well for me.
Potions. Concoctions. Mad-scientist like experiments.

Usually really healthy-- like for lunch I had this brown sludgey potion I created that looked and sounds really unappetizing, but it was mocha flavored and really good. I used organic hemp protein powder (which is 20c per tbsp, but due to the insoluble fiber content, it's actually only 9c per tbsp. amazing!) mixed thoroughly with vanilla extract, 1 sweetener packet, 1/8cup almond milk (5c) and about 1/3cup black coffee.

The ultimate energizer: protein, caffeine, fiber, & some insignificant amount of carbs.

The fun is mostly in making it-- I love experimenting. I totally play potions master, too. I don't care if I'm supposed to resemble an adult; it's goddamn fun and I'm good at it.
I get suck a kick out of creating these elaborate mixtures, trying to minimize calories and optimize health benefits as well as making sure it tastes good.

In a weird way, it also makes it less awkward about having an ED when it comes to other people-- particularly those who aren't aware I've got one-- because I can be as obsessive about food as I want to but they'll write it off as me being myself (read: highly eccentric and not very "together" in general).

I'm in a good mood, from this & because yesterday I had an excellent liquid fast, walked (with a >25lb backpack & steel toe boots) for at least 4 hours, & this morning the scale told me I lost 4lb (which is at least 2lb water weight, but it's still worth being cheered up a bit).

& I haven't purged anything in 2 days, now, too. :D

Ah this made me laugh, I do it too. I have fun trying to find out the most amount of water I can get into something without it tasting gross. I'm glad I've always been known as a fussy eater so it does work out. Congrats on the weight loss.
