I came up with a diet plan today I'd like to call the "Same for two" plan.
Basically, you pick some ingridients, and with those ingridients, you make two meals for the day. These can be anything you want, but try to stick with equal amounts of both for each meal.
For instance, tomorrow I'm having stir-fry for lunch and soup for dinner. These are made of:
1 cabbage leaf, chopped or diced
2 carrot sticks, chopped
2 celery sticks, chopped
2 button mushrooms, sliced
1/2 a small tomato, chopped
2 T. of chopped onion
Seasonings for taste
That's for one meal, which totals at about 22 cals. So for two meals that's 44 calories. Then I'm having a slimfast shake made with soy milk and two tablespoons of the mix for breakfast (104) and two rice cakes as a snack with salsa. So my calorie total for tomorrow will be 223.
I think I'm going to stick with this diet for one week as a test-run. Anyone want to try with me?
