It's called the Russian Gymnast Diet
it consists of:
Breakfast:
Glass of either orange or apple juice
Lunch:
Fruit Salad (made off kiwi fruit, orange, pineapple, and peeled apples)
Glass of fruit juice (from one of the above fruits)
Dinner:
Glass of water
Green apple
It says if you stay on this diet for a week, you can lose 4-7 pounds.
