It's called the Russian Gymnast Diet
it consists of:

Breakfast:
Glass of either orange or apple juice

Lunch:
Fruit Salad (made off kiwi fruit, orange, pineapple, and peeled apples)
Glass of fruit juice (from one of the above fruits)

Dinner:
Glass of water
Green apple


It says if you stay on this diet for a week, you can lose 4-7 pounds.
What do you think?

wow, thats an intense fruit diet lol
ill definitely try it but these days i need some carbs/fiber to keep me going :)

i like the sound of it,,, but i wud still be hungary. i mite try a fruit only diet. in a few weeks maybe il start xxx
