I need somewhere to log it, so might as well put it here. I'm going to weigh myself on the morning after the last day...fingers crossed I'll reach my first GW.

today's limit: 300cal

espresso coffee- 3
12 oz french onion soup- 120?
rockstar low carb- 20
8oz veggie juice- 100
three pc. gum- 15
total: 258

hmm, not bad. (:

tomorrow's limit: 200 cals.

blehhh. I only went 23 over my limit but it seems like so much. a vast, impossible 23. I feel so bloated and disgusting right now becuase I kept drinking lots of water all day...and then I got this constant pounding headache from fifth period to ninth. not fun. I'm glad I'm going to the gym later.

today just wasn't a good day at all. q. was being maddeningly q-ish and it pissed me off.

hopefully tomorrow will be better...
tomorrow's limit: 500cal.

... sounds brave! good luck :) are liquid diets good for losing weight or does your metabolism slow right down? I've always wondered.......

I find that the few calories you take in is enough to keep the metabolism going longer than a water-only fast...which is why I prefer liquid fasts. and you lose about the same amount of weight, give or take a little.
