I'm new to this board. I'm a 19 year old female, and a yo-yo dietier.
A month ago, I was as thin as I would ever want to be... I felt AMAZING, was a size 2 and really defined from running. 120-125 lbs.
This summer, I was absolutely DISGUSTING, almost 150 lbs because Id stopped running and my outdoor job.
I've gained between 5 and 10 lbs since Thanksgiving, and I want to get back on track before school starts again (Im on winter break.) I KNOW I can get down to 120 if I'm motivated enough.
To get down to that weight in the first place, I ate about 600 calories a day and ran 25-30 miles a week. But I also overate on the weekends. And that was 30 lbs in three months.
Now I have three weeks to lose 12 lbs. The final determination will probably be whether I binge or not.
My plan: 600 cal a day, less if possible, barn work three times a week in mornings, 5 times a week I will walk/run the 7 mile loop near my house. Core work tuesdays and thursdays, gym in evenings whenever I feel like it.
I'm posting on this website because maybe you all can hold me accountable!
I'm fasting today, tea and coffee only.

I only meant to fast today - I can't any longer, because I have a physical job and want to get running again ASAP.
Anyways, I ended up eating 300 calories, not truly fasting as I'd hoped. :( But at least I didn't give up completely once I ate something, everyone knows how that happens....
Its almost time to go to bed and I just feel nauseous... ugh....
Has anyone here lost 10 or more pounds in three weeks? (Real pounds, not like water weight you lost after a binge....) I just hope its possible...

I can check off all my goals for yesterday; I ate 575 calories and did 4 hours of barnwork and a 30min run.
I think i need to make sure my calories are coming from more wholesome foods, though, as I ate 200 calories in chocolate, but no protein whatsoever. We have some egg beaters in the fridge though, so that shouldn't be a problem.
I weighed myself this morning, and the scale says I lost a pound! I know this could be water weight, but it wasn't like I'm coming off a big binge or anything.

hey azcillas,
i'm 19/f too and about 131lbs (haven't actually weighed myself yet :( ) trying to get down to 120 before winter break is over. i haven't been my thinnest since two years ago before i started college and it just went downhill from there. i'm trying to eat 600 cals a day and go to the gym, but i work everyday 9-5 so sometimes im too tired to get myself to workout. maybe we can keep eachother motivated! :D

19/f
Height: 5'5"
CW: 131lbs-gross
HW: 135lbs
LW: 110lbs
GW: 115lbs

Sounds good. ;)
What similar stats we have!
I can understand being exhausted after work; that's what so nice about being in school (and on break now) its so much easier than "real life" - I took a year off after high school to work on a farm and that was my wake-up call to go to college.

Day Four
Didn't go running today; but I'll still meet my goal of running for 5 days if I run Thurs, Fri, Sat. I ran 40 minutes yesterday though, and I've been keeping to my calorie goals and everything. I definitely FEEL good, anyhow. On the other hand, only one pound lost. At this rate I'll only be able to lose 6 of the 12 pounds.

Sweet! Scale says 129.6 this morning, I'll put it up as 130 to be safe.

i usually stretch for 10 minutes, run on the treadmill for 10 min, walk on the highest incline for 20-30 min. then i just do like 10 machines which take about 5 minutes each. it's really not that hard at all, and burns so many cals! :)

I've been in Boston for the weekend, and I did pretty well. I only overate one day, Saturday (I had about 1300 calories) but Sunday I got right back in the groove with a hard workout in the AM while everyone else was working. I haven't weighed myself in a few days, though - I know I didn't gain, but I'm afraid I didn't lose a THING... I'm going to put it off until tomorrow.

Okay, so I actually lost a pound - pretty decent! The amount that I eat has been creeping up and up, though - I need to re-commit to a lower amount if I want to lose anywhere NEAR 9 pounds in the next two weeks
