Or just cutting everything down to raw foods only or something like that?

i haven't tried either of those. liquid fast as in only drinking water & zero calorie beverages or what?

do you think 2468 is easier than the abc diet?

LIquid fast as in drinking water, home made juices, milk.
No alcohol and no wasted cals like so called 'no calorie' diet drinks.


2468 is easiest to stick to imo.

i'll have to try it. i'm taking paxil, & it makes me very nauseous unless i have food in my stomach. any tips for that?

I don't know that type of medication, but basically, if a medication requires you to eat it before/after eating, the you MUST do that. Otherwise the medication doesn't work and you're potentially going to give yourself stomach ulcers and digestive tract problems by doing so
