it was a bad idea to start this diet before christmas. but i thought that if i waited til the new year, i would just find another excuse to put it off even longer. the day i decided to do this, i wanted to do it THEN. i was ready. i lasted 3 days, & then it was christmas eve, christmas, away at my family's house all weekend, & today, finally, i think i'm actually at a time in my life where i can make this possible.
the first three days, i lost four pounds. that itself is motivation to do it again.
i'm trying to decide if i should pick up where i left off (day 5) or start again at day 1. considering the fact that day 5 would mean eating 100 calories, i think i'm going to start with day one.
if anyone is starting this tomorrow, & wants to talk/email/whatever every day, let me know! i seriously need all the support i can get, we all do.
