Hey, guys. I just came back from a 2 hour + cardio workout and I should feel happy but I just feel like crap.
On the one hand I like going to the gym because you see girls who are really skinny and are an instant thinspo that make you crank up the speed on the treadmill. But then after you're done, and feeling good, you look up in the locker room and see a thinspo walk by and it just makes you feel bad because you've still got such a long way to go. Maybe it's just me.
And maybe it's the fact that my mother's home and I know she's going to force me to eat when I go downstairs and ruin all the hard work I just did. Sigh.
