hi, i'm new to the forum and am posting this thread in order to get some advice and spport as i am struggling.
I have been suffering with ana on and off for abou seven years now. Recently i have been constantly monitored and made to eat. i have put on alot of weight and i mean alot! i am currently twelve stone which is the heaviest i have ever been as i am used to being seven to eight! please could someone help me kickstart the weight loss urgently as i am constanlydisgusted with myself. i have been limiting my intake to four hundred a day as my new housemates have been watching me very carefully...i think my mum said something to them! how can i lose a stone in the quickest way so that i don't loses my commitment and binge eat.
