Okay. Enough is enough, I need to get off my fucking plateau. The damn numbers just won't budge, and haven't after losing that initial 10 (after gaining about 30-35 from lw, thanks to b/p). Gotta do SOMETHING.
So this is one of those last-ditch (or close to) efforts that I don't like resorting to. This is my two week plan as of the 26th:
Week one: (Dec. 26th through Jan. 1st)
(Sat) 800
(Sun) 1000
(Mon) 900
(Tues) 1000
(Weds) 700
(Thurs) 1000
(Fri) 600
Week two: (Jan. 2nd through 8th)
(Sun) 400
(Mon) Juice fast*
(Tues) 200
(Weds) Water fast**
(Thurs) 400
(Fri) 600
(Sat) 800
Conditions:
For week one-- I'm going to be exercising as much as I can possibly stand. It's going to be really fucked, getting myself into four-digit-numbers without purging.
(At least it works out well for my brother's birthday (27th) landing on a high-cal day, it means I can avoid funny looks or questions at the restaurant.)
No processed shit. Really. I have to be able to pronounce the ingredients on whatever I'm eating. No added sugar unless I *absolutely* cannot avoid it, etc. I'm thinking things like fish, veg, smoothies, tofu... basically what I eat now, just in different proportions.
* Fasts:
Juice fast means fruit juice and veggie juice-- homemade if I can, but I may not be able to pull that off completely,
no more than 2 cups of caffeinated tea (herbal tea is ok),
no energy drinks or diet sodas,
no coffee.
The only other thing I'm allowed to ingest is 1packet of organic hemp protein powder, & it must be mixed with juice or tea.
Water fast means 0calories. Gotta drink 4-8oz (1/2 to 1 cup) of water every hour at least.
Coffee is allowed as long as I make up for it by drinking an extra 1.5cups of water for every cup of coffee.
Energy drinks (no more than two, non-carbonated only) are okay.
No-sugar/calorie free drinks (like nsa koolaid) are ok.
Really, just staying away from calories and carbonation for that one, & pretty much everything else is ok.
That's my plan, I might fine tune it a little, feel free to join in if you'd like & wish me luck!
