Are there any exercises I can do alone in my room that don't need equipment?
I over ate 600 calories and need to burn 700 calories as punishment.
I heard jumping jacks burn 3 per minute.
Oh, I also weigh 110 pounds.

if i couldnt go to the gym, id probably do somewhere between 1500-2000 crunches. sets of 500.

between sets i would do leg lifts... lay on back, arms to sides... lift both legs together - keeping them straight. lift them until they are straight up and slowly lower them (keeping them straight)... dont touch your heals to the floor when your lowering them, get close to the floor ... hold for a count of 3, then lift again. do sets of 50... do a total of 200

i like to work my stomach as you can see... its great exercise and you will burn the calories

The leg thing sounds great, any tips for flabby thighs?

I find a mix of cardio and strength/weights/toning is best... if you do cardio but don't tone then you'll just be thinner but kinda floppy lol... and if you do crunches and toning and stuff without cardio your lovely muscle will be covered with a "healthy" :s layer of fat...

... so what I do, esp. for legs, is stretches and toning and light weights etc. every day when I get the chance... and then hit the gym: rowing machine (you should be using your legs and feel it in your thighs and bum, not arms) - running - and of course the cycling machine!! I interval each cardio workout with something toning or w/e- keeps my body surprised! (and therefore keeps it in shape)

So yeah, all the above's good, just move whenever you remember and/or get the chance :) (I find tricep dips and press ups pretty good for core workouts too :)

Good luck!
