i was thinking...since i have a ton of weight to lose, maybe i should find something that lasts. abc is 50 days. What if you did it by weeks. Like the first two days are 500..but what if you made the first two weeks 500cals. Then its 300...so do the next week 300cals. Just make it from one day to one week. Does that sound like a stupid idea? Do you think it would work?

The ABC diet is so restricting already, so many people can hardly make it through the first week.. Making the restrictions long.. Ohhh geez... I just can't imagine.

Also, how much weight do you want to lose?

Because going through the ABC diet, on average people said they lost about 60-70 pounds.

If you were wanting to lose more than that, you could maybe do the ABC twice? If that's even possible.. Gah.

But, yea... Stretching the restrictions would be very dangerous, at least that's my feelings towards it.

Yeah, I don't think that is a good idea either. I agree with TheColorJulia. Try doing regular ABC once, see how much you loose. Then take a break for about a week, and if you still feel the need repeat it. I have a lot to loose too. If you want I will join you on ABC.

Thanx for your opinions. The more I thought about it last night, the more I realized that it was a stupid idea. At first I thought it would be a good idea....but i can't imagine stretching it out for a whole week....not only would that be hard but it would take such a long time. Oh well. lol my head goes to all kinds of extremes.
