I weighed myself again today after noticing that my belt wraps about another inch further around my waist than it did last week. And.... still no weight loss. There's no way I'm gaining muscle at the same rate I'm losing fat. I have no explanation. I've not binged once and have not exceeded 1800 cal per day except on Fridays when I eat about 2100 (coz it's Friday).

Keep in mind my pre-diet cal intake was ~3500-4000 per day, and I've been on this diet since 10/25/09. And the only thing I've lost so far is part of my sanity. I guess I have no choice but to restrict calorie intake further and may try getting by on 1200 per day.

At least my health is much improved still. I don't even bother checking my blood sugar anymore because it never goes above 110 now, which is very good. But to cut so much from my diet, with zero pounds lost, is so god damn depressing. I am so damned hungry, all the damned time.

I think I'll start eating 2 meals instead of 3 per day, tomorrow. I will skip breakfast completely and just eat a lunch with my office friends and then have a lite dinner.

i don't even know what to tell you, that's just so odd. are you weighing yourself in the morning, after peeing and before eating? and with no clothes on? because those are the only reasons i could imagine you wouldn't have lost pounds.. that or your scale is broken? could that be it? x

That's so weird...yeah. I think you're right. You've found a way to defy the laws of physics. I guess just keep doing what you're doing and get back to us in another week? That is really strange though.

It can be two things: either you are eating just enough to maintain your current weight or you have hit a plato [i hate those]
....or maybe it can be three things: there must be something wrong with your scale...weight yourself else were [like a friends house] just to make sure.
Let us know what happens!

PS: I am having scale problems as well i wake up and weight myself and i am one weight..drink a cup of water and go back on the scale later on and i am one pound heavier for the whole day without having consumed anything...i am checking my scale today soo weird:(

I was chatting with some people on IM one of them said that reason I'm not losing weight is because my brain is getting heavier because I think I know everything. Very funny. = /
