so basically i enjoy bingeing then purging. i b/p about twice a day. i dont eat much through out the day. then at one point i will binge massively then just puke. my boyfriend found out, and we both decided that it needs to stop?
i dont know what to do?
i dont want to go to a docter.
i dont want to go back to normally eatting.
what other options do i have?

First - what is your ultimate goal from bingeing and purging ???
Like - what do you hope to gain from it? And does b/ping bring immediate satisfaction ?

I got satisfaction out of purging. But that's only because it's cruel for your body, and you want to get back at it, and yourself.
If you truly think about why you're doing it, for any other reason than that and to lose weight, I'm sure you won't find one to be legitimate/logic.
Try to right a list of pros of b/ping and then cons.

for you to reover. you must want to recover for the reovery to work its best.
i think you should get help bulimia is never a good thing to get into i should no i have it. when you go to recovery they can get you onto a doctor and they will get you onto a nutritionist that will give you a healthy diet plan that will still make you lose weight so its much better then mia really.

to recover, set yourself small but challenging goals. it isnt easy i know, but little things such as waiting an extra 15 minutes before purging will help you feel more full and not want to eat again so soon. try making hot drinks, even if you dont want one instead of reaching for food straight after you've eaten so you feel a little more full, so less likely to binge...and if you do, it may be less than you would normally consume.
something i am doing atm is a food diary...nothing too specific because then it takes away the apect of focussing your life on food...
you just write down the time you eat, what u ate, whether it was a large portion, or three slices of bread with dinner etc... NO CALORIES to be recorded, then your behavious after, such as keeping it down, trying to purge, purging, and how you felt whilst eating, after eating, before eating etc :) xxxxxxx
