So i am sitting here watching NCIS with one of my roommates and he just came in with a giant plate full of steak fries and the sound of him eating is making me all grossed out. Makes me want to kick him out of the room while he eats. and it isnt seeing the food that is doing it it is hearing him eat it. can anyone relate? ok on second thought...the sight of his plate is grossing me out. he just poured like 1/3 of a cup more of ranch on his plate for dipping. wish i could just tell him to get out. ugh

i even hate hearing my cats eat, which is stupid of me because it's not like i want their cat food lol. sometimes i'll walk by a restaurant and i'll smell the food and think it must be so good, but then when i see the people eating it i'm grossed out again. it's weird.

i know what you mean about cats. i have two cats and i can't even stand to hear them when they are cleaning themselves....ick but yeah gross to hear people eat especially when they dont close mouth while they chew.

I find consumation of any substance an extremely disgusting act, you are not alone on this. I eat alone all the time, I cant bare to watch or be watched at the dinner table or anywhere else. How disgusting T_T

eww how gross atleast it turns you of the food anyway. i love watching other people eat junk it makes me feel so good :)

I think the ultimate appetite surpressant for me is just walking through the food court in a mall... esp. the big mall. It's revolting... there are so many people eating so much disgusting fast food, and it's so messy and the sound makes me sick.

The smell too! I especially can't stand the smell of grease. But I love cooking and feeding people high-calorie food. I'm really not sure why.
Also can't eat in front of others. Sometimes even when they are eating. :(
I wonder why this bothers us so much... I mean, it's not like we are the ones eating.
