View Full Version : IDK WHERE TO PUT THIS but please read it!

so i've been losing and gaining weight for 5 years now,.,.jsut can't seem to eat healthy i count every food intake, automaticly i already tried to stop but at the end of the day i just count it all..oneday i would eat 600 kcal then another i wouldeat 3000....like seriouslly?! I TOTALLY LOST MY MOTIVATION! in august i lost 11 lbs in one month but when i got to the 'ideal' weight (130 lbs-59 kg) i totally lost my motivation... oh i'm 5'7 btw (171 cm) and i really wanna lose another 12 lbs PLEASE HELP what should i do?! oh and it's winter so i don't really work out much, only i have dance lessons once a week for 1h and P.E. clas 2 times a week...but we don't really work out much. and i go to school, walking up the stairs and down haah and ofcourse i go out with my friends 3 times a week, smth like that...so HOW SHOULD I LOSE 12 LBS AGAIN PLEASE HEEEELP i look at thinspo and thinspo qotes and everything but i end up binging so PLEAAASE what should i do GIVE ME GOOD ADVICE! oh and i wanna lose 12 lbs in at elast 2 moths..or 1 and a half month! HEEELP!!

You're at a healthy weight range. Losing 12lbs would put you in underweight category. Furthermore, losing that amount of weight in a month and a half is unhealthy. No one here is going to give you advice on how to further damage your health.
Please read the rules and realise this is not a site that promotes eating disorders. 'Thinspo' is not something you should find here.

Ok, Im not trying to be rude, so Ill just leave out the whole first paragraph of what Id usually say, and go straight to this:
The best way to lose weight is a healthy diet (if youre already counting calories try to keep it at a steady level high enough to at least be equal to your BMR) and moderate exercise. Thats the only tip anyone can give you, I reckon.
Oh, also theres always the "dieters" section for diets and the EDNOS section for things related to, well, EDNOS.

oh ammm mkay...but why is this site called 'whyeat' if you'r telling me i should :D? well anyways, what about two moths?! please jsut tell me how to get motivation..because sometimes i say to myslef i will only eat 1000 kcal tomorrow and then i only eat 500, but the next day i binge i just don't know:S please help pleaseplease

I didn't make the site, I don't know why the fuck it's called 'Whyeat'. You clearly haven't read the rules yet and I've lost my patience.
Eating 500 calories one day and then bingeing the next is because you body doesn't like 500 calories a day. You body will make you binge because you body 'needs' it.
Now I forsee your next question being something along the lines of how people can only have 200 calories or not eat for several days or whatever. That is called an Eating DISORDER! See it? DISORDER! It's not normal. You can't buy it at the chemist or 'catch' it. I don't need fucking thinspo to make me not eat. My brain is capable of doing such harm. I am not proud of this behaviour. It's not something of which pride can be derived.

Theres no magic potion to help you motivate yourself, Im afraid.
And binging is often caused by undereating, so feed yourself right, and theres a good chance you might make it out of this cycle before it starts doing some serious damage (if it hasnt already).
Oh, also since youre already at a normal weight, any diet regime that makes you more than a pound a week (as a rule of thumb, you know whith people all being different) is definitely unhealthy.
