heya, the answer is no you don't HAVE to. aslong as you eat less than you need a day, you will loose weight. however as there are 3,500 cals in a pound of fat, you have to eat alot less to burn just a couple of pounds a week without exercising.
cardio makes such a difference!! the weight drops off so much quicker. thats what ive found. and i luv exercise, makes me feel soooo good.xx

It's not NECESSARY, but it's important for maintaining weight loss. I think it would be pretty bad to not exercise.

Well endorphines are always nice so excerising is like a win win situation, you lose weight and you feel good after a work out and you'll feel GREAT when you see results. Cadio is def best and like if you're not a huge fan of working out, dancing in your room is a good way to work it off, otherwise join something like kick boxing, it's fun, you tone up really quick and it's a social thing =)

You don't have to exersize to lose weight. But your body was designed to expect and maintain certain chemical balances using exersize. If not to lose weight, you should still exersize for the other benefits. It helps fight depression, promotes better sleep, stimulates the production of sex hormones (which make you feel good), and lowers bad cholesterol.
