i love doing yoga ! its such a great work out.

anyone want to share favorite positions/yoga work outs ?

i usually do:

2 sunsalutations
kickstand tap
high heel
side slide
hipshaper
warrior windmill
sumo warrior
chachacha
pendulum plank
running dog
scorpion press
2 sun salutations

i usually do 10-20 of each & sometimes i will repeat the whole thing, or do the whole thing & repeat half of them.

i don't do yoga regularly, but i used to take classes and i really loved it :] sometimes i still do the breathing or i'll do downward dog to stretch. this reminded me how much i liked it lol, maybe i'll try taking a class again!

I used to do yoga sometimes as part of my tai chi class, but now I've signed up for two morning classes a week for next semester. Very excited!

i would lovee the take a yoga class on like sunday mornings. that would be so perfect!

I havnt tryed yoga yet, but my aunt usually goes to this certain yoga, its in a hot room so you sweat like MAADDD when your in there and you burn around 350 calories a session or something like that.
im starting that with her soon. hopefully its not hard hahaha im not very flexible.

oh yes I am doing Yoga, but I couldn't do for a long time just got back on tracks!
I feel like shit! I am no more flexible :(

i am NOT a very flexible person ! i find even doing one sun salutation helps me sooo much though ! i used to not be able to touch my toes [not bc my tummy was in the way !] im just not very flexible at all, but now i can easily =]

im gonna do some yoga now =] while my bf is still asleep ! i gave myself the day off of yoga yesterday bc my abs had been sore for a couple days & my arm hurt REALLY REALLY bad. for any of you that dont know, i just became fully recovered from a broken arm & hand requiring plates & screws. i also just started riding the horses again [i ride a few each day] & my arm is still not as strong as it used to be so i get sore =/ it makes me feel so fat & unfit grrrr

i better get to the yoga then right ?
