does stretching and improving flexability burn calories and help loose weight? just wondering because i LOVE stretching lol

stretching definitely improves flexibilty, but it does take some time.
it doesn't really burn any calories or held you loose weight unfortunately!
why not go 4 any length runs, then your burning calories and your muscles warm up so the stretching is way more effective :-) xx

Any sort of physical activity will burn cals, but stretching doesn't burn as much because you aren't pushing your body as much. You'll need to strech before cardio though so you don't hurt your muscles.
