me and my dad have our problems. but we usually get along..now.
but he always makes these comments that make me feeel so fat. for instance im on a fast, ive been throwing my dinner out, and today we were at the grocery store and i picked out Strawberrys, 70 calorie soy milk, and 35 calorie sugar and fat free yogurt, and bananas so i can make a smoothie in a couple days. and when we got up to the cash he says ''thats going to be such a fattening smoothie'' and i kept saying ''its 30 cals in the yogurt'' and ''strawberrys are negative calorie'' and stuff like that but he kept interupting me saying ''yah but with the bananas and blah blah blah''
its like WHAT THE FUCK. am i THAT fat that you need to tell me to watch what i eat and shit.
i must be fat, because if i wasnt then i wouldnt have my dad telling me what fattening and what will make me fat. if i were thin then he would say ''put the smoothie down and eat a fucking burger''
urg it just pisses me off so much.
also i bought tic tacs to help stop craving [theres 45 cals in a pack, i relized that and threw them out quickly] but anyways i ate about 5 one after the other and hes like ''holy shit the tic tacs are almost gone already'' i was like ''Shut up man no there not'' i havnt touched one since.
im just in such a bad mood, i feel huge now..
also the other day i had a binge, woops. but it wasnt even a big binge i had dinner and then wanted to make a pb and j sandwich. i pulled the toast out and he says ''your still eating'' and i responded with ''not anymore'' and left it there for him to clean up. thats what started my fast.
