I've posted about cramp before.. but I've never had cramp in my toes ever.. and this is kinda worrying me. It feels like my toes are curling under and trying to grip, it's really painful and feels like I need to like straighten them out. It's been happening all night.

Does anyone else get this? Should I be drinking more water? Anything I can do to stop it or help it? Why is this happening? :(

My body is falling apart at the moment. Even my arthritis is playing up because it's gotten colder.. so all my joints hurt too. I'm sure most 25 year olds don't have this many medical problems. Blah.. sorry, am feeling all sorry for myself. It just seems to be one thing after the other.

You should drink more water and/or gatorade. Also eat a banana.

To fix what is going on there a lot of things you can do potassium and / or magnesium drink 4 ounces of tonic water, this will stop the craps instantly! A pinch (1/4 teaspoon) of epson saltz everday will prevent cramps and will keep the magnesium level where it should be.

Also anytime you can take your shoes off DO IT!!!

Wear comfy shoes and no high heals(if your a girl)

Soak your feet in warm water this can also stop the cramping really fast.

Toe cramps can be caused by poor blood circulation, ill fitting shoes or overexertion of the toe muscles during exercise. Less often, toe cramps are a symptom of a medical problem.

Could your electrolytes be low? I get bad foot and leg cramps when mine drop, especially my potassium.

Pretty much what I had suspected then, guys. Thanks! I feel better knowing it's nothing too serious or anything to worry about. I'm also relieved that I'm not the only one that gets it.

I guess my potassium could be low.. I wish I liked bananas.. then I'd probably be okay. lol
